Article 1 — Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between Piranha Goods, a micro-enterprise represented by Arnaud Champagne, and any customer wishing to make a purchase via the piranhagoods.com website.
Any purchase implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Products
The jewelry offered is handmade, made to order, from antique materials and vintage beads. Each piece being unique or in very limited edition, the photos are representative but may present slight variations from the final product, inherent in the artisanal nature of the manufacturing process.

Article 3 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Piranha Goods reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied is that in force at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Order
Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these GTC. An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.
As products are made to order, a manufacturing period of 10 days should be expected before dispatch.

Article 5 — Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order. Piranha Goods accepts the payment methods offered by Shopify Payments — credit card, and other methods available at the time of purchase.

Article 6 — Delivery
Orders are shipped from Guadeloupe or mainland France via La Poste.
Delivery times do not include manufacturing time and are given as an indication according to the carrier's deadlines.
Shipping costs are free for any order of €50 or more destined for mainland France and the French overseas departments and territories. Below this threshold and for any international delivery, costs are calculated and displayed at the time of order.
Piranha Goods cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 7 — Returns and refunds
As products are handmade and made to order, returns are not accepted except in the case of a defective item.
Any defective item must be reported by email within 15 days of receipt of the order. After verification, a refund or exchange will be offered.

Article 8 — Applicable law
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
