Shipping & Returns

Production
Each piece of jewelry is handmade by me to order. Please allow 8 to 10 days for production. If you have an important date, you can contact me before ordering. I will do my best to accommodate you.

Shipping
My workshop is primarily based in the French West Indies, and sometimes elsewhere. Once your jewelry has been shipped, you will receive a La Poste tracking number to check its progress on www.laposte.fr. Please allow approximately 8 days for postal delivery — for an average total of 15 to 20 days between ordering and receipt.
Shipping is free for orders over €50 to metropolitan France and the French overseas departments and territories.
In the event of a confirmed loss of the package, we commit to fully refunding you or resending the item.

Returns
As jewelry is handmade and made to order, returns are not accepted — except for defective items, which must be reported by email within 15 days of receipt.
